Lumi Home Design charges a flat rate fee based on the square footage of the home.

  2. Lumi visits property for staging consultation 2+ weeks before realtor photos are taken

  3. Seller updates home per Lumi suggestions

  4. Realtor takes photos

  5. Listing goes live

  6. Seller maintains staging for showings
